Model ZDR-12/06B vacuum gauge can achieve continuous measurement and control for 1*E-1～1*E-8Pa, and have analog signal output( 0-5V). Interface RS485. This ZDR-12/06B, has 1 measure loop and 2 control loops, the control accuracy can reach ±1%.

ZDR-12/06B is panel amount type with standard amounting dimensions.
